This is a mobile banking application (App) that is available to NC Bank customers (account holders). The App facilitates easy access to your account for both financial and non-financial transactions such as inter-account and mobile money transfers, balance enquiries, purchase of airtime etc. It is a convenient way for accessing your account wherever you are whenever you WANT to.
What documentation do I require to obtain the NC Now mobile banking app?
You will be required to complete an application form containing our terms and conditions for the service.
Additionally, you will download the app“NC Uganda Mobile Banking” to your smart phone’ ’’ and thereafter, visit any of our branches at Rwenzori Towers or Village Mall, Bugolobi to get activated for the mobile banking service.
What type of phone or simcard should I use for registration of the NC Now App?
Currently, the App is available on Android and Windows phone types. We intend to avail the App on Apple (IOS) phones in the near future.
The mobile money service is currently only available to MTN and Airtel subscribers.
